FOOTWEAR PURCHASE AND RETURN POLICY
We want you to be totally satisfied with your footwear purchase.
To insure your complete comfort and proper fit, we request you do the following.
CHECK YOUR ORDER. Mistakes can happen, so before trying them on, please check these are the boots and size that you ordered. If we have made a mistake then we will arrange a collection and replacement for the boots.
BE SURE OF THE FIT. Try your purchase on indoors and walk for several hours on a clean carpeted surface. Let your feet adjust to the boot. If they feel wrong, SEND THEM BACK for replacement, exchange or credit.
DO NOT WEAR FOOTWEAR OUTSIDE unless you are completely satisfied. Soiled or damaged footwear WILL NOT be accepted for replacement, exchange, credit or refund.
NO EXCEPTIONS.
If you do decide to return the boots, because the size is incorrect or you do not like the style, then you will be responsible for the return postage costs. They must be returned within 14 days of receipt. Please ensure you enclose paperwork with the boots telling us who they are from, and if you would like a replacement or a credit.
If you return a partial order for credit and the remaining items do not qualify for free delivery, then an appropriate amount will be deducted from your credit to cover the delivery costs.
